Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Q: How do I order?
A: Once you have requested your shipping quote, we will email you with a quote to finalize your order. At that time, we will also confirm if you wish to add any options as well.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: In short, Credit Cards and Interac e-Transfers. We will send you an email with a link to submit your payment by Credit Card. You can then use your credit card to complete the order process. If you are located in Canada, Interac e-transfer is also available. Payments are secured and managed by a worldwide renowned platform.
Q: What if I live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Southern Ontario?
A: Door to door delivery is offered for free with assembly onsite and payment can be made in person via Cash, Interac e-transfer or PayPal/Credit Card.
Q: Prices show ‘plus shipping’. What is the cost to ship it to my address?
A: Please use the ‘Request Shipping Quote’ from the item page you are interested in and we will respond with a shipping quote within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to most locations around the world. Import Duties and Brokerage are the responsibilities of the customer/receiver.
Q: You list your prices in USD. How can I check what that price will be in my currency?
A: We base all of our prices in USD to avoid cost fluctuations. Please see XE Currency Exchange for updated rates.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Once payment has been received and cleared, orders are shipped out within 5-10 days. Every unit is built to order.
Q: How are these made?
A: All aspects of these products are hand crafted and engineered in-house.
Q: Is there a warranty offered on these products?
A: Should you have any issues within the first year of purchase, please contact us so we can have it corrected ASAP. Additionally, we will continue to provide support during the products lifetime.
Q: What if I buy a UC1 model and end up getting a UF8 and/or a UF1 in the future?
A: All previous customers will receive a significant discount to upgrade your mount to meet your current requirements (within the same controller family).
Q: Why don’t you currently offer a mixer mount stand for my model of mixer or controller?
A: We are a small company with a limited number of models currently on offer. Please contact us with your model! We will continue to add new models, so check back often.
Q: Do you offer custom builds?
A: Yes, please contact us with your specifications and requirements and we will get back to you with your pricing.
